ACE POT

In the interest of fairness, there will be two Ace Pots - one for Pool A and one for Pool B. The amount of the Ace Pot for Pool A will be equal to the total number of players in Pool A who bought into the Ace Pot multiplied by the $5 buy-in and the amount of the Ace Pot for Pool B will be equal to the total number of players in Pool B who bought into the Ace Pot multiplied by the $5 buy-in.

In addition, each of the totals will have some additional added cash from Pender Island Kayak Adventures who specifically sponsored the Ace Pot. Each Ace Pot will be paid out equally among all aces within each pool over the course of our three-day event. Only players who have paid for their $5 buy-in are eligible to win the Ace Pot. In the unlikelihood that no one hits an ace, the Ace Pot(s) will carry over to next year's BC Open. As of July 3, 2022, each of the Ace Pots is approximately $700.

  • Pool A $805 Ace Pot Winner: Jeremy White (MA2)
  • Pool B $805 Ace Pot Winner: Evan Drader (MA1)
